Research on Dual Channel Supply Chain Decision-making of New Retailing Enterprises Considering Service Behavior in the era of Big Data

Drawing from extant retailing and supply chain research, this paper studies the dual channel decision-making of member channel, obtains optimal price strategy, maximum demand total revenue network under centralized decentralized respectively. The contributions study identify that investing in big data within a certain threshold can improve service level, reduce income chain. Supply members level increase corresponding price. get most advantages when manufacturers retailers make decisions. This provides starting point for new academic practical research domain is deficient empirical theoretical framework to enterprises model their sustainable competitive advantage.
